Why a chef? Because is what I want to become. Since I was little, I was in classes, cooking classes, but it was just of desserts, because is what I like the most. I know how to do many kind of deserts, Specially muffins, they are my favorites because I can spend a lot of time decorating them.

I want to study that because I look at it like an opportunity of a lot of things. I can travel around the world going to courses to specialize in the food of that country, like the beef in Argentina, desserts y France, pasta in Italy, etc..
With that knowledge I can use for different things, from cooking for my family, to having a restaurant or just doing buffets for events or any occasion.
